“When I was asked to design a seat for the office, I designed a sofa that would combine simplicity of form, elegance and comfort,” says architect Umberto Asnago. The result is the LOUNGE collection of armchairs and sofas, characterized by a special working process of piping integrated with the backrest. The base is made of solid poplar wood, the back is made of molded poplar plywood, both padded with polyurethane foam, while the base is covered with titanium-colored steel varnish.
