Dharma is a garden chair with a polimex structure, glossy lacquered. Available varnishes: Avio, Mastic, Sucre and Violet. Adjustable feet.
Of all the adjectives that critics have chosen to give identity to postmodern architecture, there is one in particular that captures its most imaginative and ironically carefree aspect: "neo-eclectic." By reading it, we are able to direct our imagination towards the lands that are waiting for us, ready to be rediscovered with new eyes.
Dharma, the new collection by Baxter, is inspired by the moment when the design plays with quotes and decorations and returns to center of interest even in design, the 1970s, full of splendor beyond fashion, and translates it into four sculptural elements that are plastic, solid and at the same time dynamic.
Stool, armchair, bench and deckchair, in lacquered finishes , sparkle with shiny reflections and permeate the outside with a diversity that you immediately want to get closer to. The color palette is borrowed from the pop, bourgeois, vivid canvases depicting carefully composed lives painted by David Hockney. To soothe us and provide a comfortable place to sit, they can be equipped with cushions and mattresses in leather or fabric in a wide range of variants, also intended for outdoor use, the great classics from Baxter.
“Our goal was to experiment and go away from outdoor materials imitating natural ones. We were wondering what we would like to find around the pool on a hot, sunny afternoon,” explains Studiopepe about this collaboration.
The uniqueness that we suddenly can't do without; so reminiscent of the eras that we feel like we have lived through them, of the places we visited, so well constructed and set in context that it will be perfect not only in the garden and on the veranda, but also in the bedroom or living room.
