Product description

The Buoy diffusion light rod running through the glass body is made of sandblasted polycarbonate, which distributes the light perfectly. In its center there are numerous LED chips, while the upper and lower parts of the lamp are closed with a metal plate. The metal is available in silver or black, which can be additionally combined with various shades of glass. Glass colors highlight the minimalist form of light, providing a choice between crystal clear glass, a refined smoky gradient or a delicate opaque veil.
All Bomma products are handcrafted from mouth-blown lead-free crystal. Therefore, any small bubbles, unmelts and irregularities in the glass are both evidence and characteristics of this traditional craftsmanship. The Buoy collection is made using colored glass technology. Thanks to the manual process of blowing the backing glass, each piece is an original. Individual products may differ slightly in intensity, shade and even color. This is a characteristic feature of traditional backing glass technology.
