The Divina collection refers to the timeless concept of a spherical glass block, combined with a delicate accent of a color gradient, an idea used in the past by the DECHEM studio. Divina lamps are the younger siblings of the Phenomena collection. Unlike Phenomena, Divina lamps are smaller and more suitable for intimate interiors. Divina is ideal for mounting above a desk or dining room table, with its light source located at the bottom of the cylindrical mounting body. Sophisticated color transitions give it the aura of timeless dream worlds, while maintaining a striking appearance.
The spherical glass form containing the light source extends into a gold cylindrical mount that also provides structural support for the lighting. A glass ball with a diameter of 300 mm, hand-blown by glass masters, perfectly highlights the delicate color transition in red-orange, delicate white or elegant shades of smoke and purple.
All Bomma products are hand-made from blown lead - free crystal. Therefore, any small bubbles, lack of melting and irregularities in the glass are both evidence and characteristics of this traditional craftsmanship. The Divina collection is made using colored glass technology. Thanks to the manual process of blowing the backing glass, each piece is an original. Individual products may differ slightly in intensity, shade and even color. This is a feature of traditional backing glass technology.
