Product description
Contemporary art of the 20th and 21st centuries deserves an appropriate setting, and the building and its equipment are equally modern. So Berlin architects Sauerbruch Hutton faced an exciting challenge when they were asked to design the Brandhorst Museum in Munich. Three different seating solutions were developed for the museum, opened in 2009 - for the café, foyer, conference and lecture rooms and the living room. ClassiCon developed the designs up to series production in close cooperation with architects. In addition to high expectations regarding form and quality, it was necessary to take into account the typical wear and tear that furniture in public spaces will be subjected to. Its durability has been confirmed by various tests. Armchair. Solid oak or walnut frame, natural or black stained, with transparent lacquer. Seat frame made of steel pipes. Polyurethane upholstery with polyester fiber. Cover in fabric or leather. Contrasting stitching exclusively for premium leather. Replaceable felt or plastic glides.
