Product description
As part of our search for handmade, natural Indian upholstery fabrics, we collaborated with the textile company Zanav Home to adapt their fabrics to our upholstery. Several months of intensive experimentation and prototyping with Zanav fabrics led to the creation of a sub-collection of upholstered chairs from elements of our Chandigarh Project. The three chair models in this collection are made of carefully selected cotton, linen, silk and cotton-linen blends, created by Zanav in cooperation with communities of traditional weavers. The fabrics have been thoroughly tested for use and durability of the upholstery. Wood finishes have been specially developed to match selected fabrics.
