Inspired by the function of cleats used on sailing boats, Cima - Italian for sailing rope - is a "hanging" lamp characterized by a rope reaching from the ceiling to the floor, which is an elegant and highly functional design element. The connector holding the lamp body slides vertically along the rope, and a counterweight allows excess rope to be managed. The simple cylindrical shapes and black color of these elements are emphasized by three brilliant rope finishes, vivid accents that suit any interior and decor mood.
