Construction – Sofas and armchair: armrests and backrest made of 3-layer chipboard and MDF. Seat: mechanically brazed steel and multi-layer bars. Footrest: seat made of 3-layer chipboard and multi-layer panels. Panels covered with polyether foam and high-resilience Bultex polyurethane foam. The whole thing is covered with 200 g/m2 polyester quilting. Round legs Ø 20 mm made of matt black lacquered steel. 2 heights to choose from: height 10 cm or height 13 cm.
Comfort – seat suspension with an elastic band. Seat cushion made of high-resilience Bultex polyurethane foam 36 kg/m3 - 2.8 kPa, 42 kg/m3 - 4.8 kPa and polyester quilting 200 g/m2. The seat structure is covered with 200 g/m2 polyester quilting. Backrest made of highly elastic Bultex foam 36 kg/m3 – 2/8 kPa, 26 kg/m3 – 1/4 kPa and polyester quilting 200 g/m2. Armrests made of high-resilience Bultex foam 26 kg/m3 - 1.4 kPa and polyester quilting with a grammage of 200 g/m2. High-back cushions filled with goose feathers and down, including 15% feathers and foam, with back reinforcement made of 3 mm thick ABS sheet (74 x 51 cm, except for the armchair: 60 x 41 cm). Lower backrest cushions (can replace high backrest cushions in both sofas) filled with goose feathers and down, including 15% feathers (74 x 40 cm). A set of 2 small scattered pillows 40 x 50 cm for a single-arm sofa or an asymmetric sofa to finish the corner of the composition.
Finish – Backrest/armrest and seat structure: 5 mm baguette seam. Seat and back cushions: 8 mm burrelet stitch. The covers are removable (NB except leather).
Upholstery materials – This is a classic seat that offers both free-standing sofas, armchairs and corner compositions, preferably covered with leather or Alcantara, but it also works well in wool or velvet. It can be used in a two-material and/or two-color version, with the structure and seat in one material/cover color, and the backrest cushions in another.
