Designed by Vincent Van Duysen, Octave is a system of modular sofas with rigorous shapes.
Vincent Van Duysen's source of inspiration for his new design are the wide windows of a skyscraper that offer breathtaking views of cosmopolitan megacities while sitting comfortably on inviting sofas and armchairs .
Blade-like extruded steel legs form the base on which rest low, rectangular backrests upholstered in fabric or leather, the same thickness as the cozy seat cushions.
Octave offers open elements that can be used to create loungers and daybeds or pouffes that can be placed along the composition or used as free-standing elements, also in the center of the room.
A design characterized by geometric lines, based on modular mix & match elements connected in a linear way, angular compositions or with the addition of hanging trapezoidal elements or rectangular in unusual and extremely impressive configurations.
