The Nelson Cigar CrissCross Bubble pendant light is available in two sizes and comes with a steel ceiling plate and a 1.8m cable to attach it to the ceiling. George Nelson first designed Bubble lamps in 1952 when he came across a Swedish pendant lamp that he wanted to buy for his office. The high price was a challenge and he decided to make his own. The result is a series of elementary, spherical shapes such as a rounded apple, a wide saucer and a shapely pear, among others.
