On the occasion of its 30th anniversary, Molteni&C presents a new version of Piroscafo. The new facade lacquered in a warm Spice color with eucalyptus interiors re-proposes a classic piece of furniture in a contemporary version, without betraying its origins as a rigorous but functional piece of furniture.
PIROSCAFO is a series of open shelves or with glass doors with a square metal frame, divided into four parts with an internal cross. Aldo Rossi and Luca Meda designed the architectural work; a large facade with regularly spaced windows, inspired by the facade of the headquarters of the Regione Umbria in Perugia.
A bookcase with a glass front and a wooden or lacquered structure and a matt lacquered metal front. Piroscafo is a versatile home cabinet - a shelf for the office, a display cabinet for the living room or a sideboard for the kitchen. A range of open bookshelves with glass doors and a square metal frame, divided into four parts by an internal wooden or lacquered cross structure and a matt lacquered metal facade. It is possible to illuminate the interior with one or more LED lights on the covers and floors or along the entire length of the middle countertops and shelves.
