The Aster coffee table, designed by Vincent Van Duysen, is the ultimate expression of compositional rationality and craftsmanship. A unique item made entirely by hand, a contemporary work of art combining aesthetics and functionality. Each table has a slightly different connotation, reflecting its craftsmanship.
Its base includes a brass casting made from an earthen mold, which gives it a refined forged effect. The ring is mounted to the legs by welding. The aesthetics are complemented by the vibration finishing technique. Stones were used to gently smooth the structure, giving it a wavy effect.
The base of the Regent table consists of a polished metal ring with slender legs. A mirror-image structure supports the top, which is available in several different finishes: anthracite, olive green, desert yellow and matte finish lava stone. To enrich the indoor version, lava stone with a glossy polyester finish, black marquina and calacatta marble with a matte or glossy polyester finish.
Aster is available in two sizes: height 50 cm and top diameter 40 cm, or 40 cm by 50 cm . Polished brass or black patinated brass finishes are available, and the top can be customized in frosted glass or green. The Aster coffee table is a piece of furniture with sculptural value that can be used transversely to collections and spaces.
