Product description

An icon characterized by versatility and functionality, designed in 1927 by Charlotte Perriand for her Parisian atelier on Place Saint Sulpice. The design was first exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Décorateurs in 1928, then at the Salon d'Automne in 1929, and is now part of the Le Corbusier®, Pierre Jeanneret®, Charlotte Perriand® collections. The swivel armchair has backrest and seat cushions padded with polyurethane foam and polyester wadding, upholstered in leather or fabric. The lining was developed using circular materials: recycled PET wool and, for the foam parts, polyurethane with a percentage of polyols from bio-based sources. The trivalent chrome-plated steel structure is available with a polished or painted finish, and the upholstery is made of leather or fabric.
