Product description

Shell is a sustainable design exercise. With its memorable and iconic geometry, Shell represents a direct dialogue between support and structure, between solidity and plasticity, wood and metal. The aim was to create a versatile product that could suit both private and public spaces, due to its modularity and different finishes this porpouse became possible. The structure has been developed in a greater thickness than usual to give this product character without being invasive. Thanks to hidden connectors, the plywood shell appears to be simply connected to the structure, creating a clear and easy-to-understand whole. Since this piece is intended for use in living or recreation areas, it is always upholstered with soft foam for additional comfort.
Frame: 0.86 inch diameter calibrated tubular steel.
Seat/Backrest: Stainless steel backrest plywood covered with high-density polyurethane foam.
