Product description

Shell is a sustainable design exercise. With its memorable and iconic geometry, Shell represents a direct dialogue between the backrest and the structure, between solidity and plasticity, wood and metal. The aim was to create a versatile product that could adapt to both private and public spaces, thanks to its modularity and different finishes this porpouse became possible. Thanks to hidden fasteners, the plywood shell appears to be simply connected to the structure, creating a clean and easy-to-understand unit. The cabinet is designed for living or recreation areas and is available with or without armrests, as well as a seat and backrest in veneered wood or lacquered MDF.
Frame: Calibrated tubular steel with a diameter of 0.86 inch. Armrests: calibrated steel pipe with a diameter of 0.79. Seat/backrest: plywood backrest, padded with high-density polyurethane foam and covered with vinyl fabric.
