To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Cobra lamp, several designers were asked to reinterpret its character through a graphic texture, guided by personal inspiration. A tribute from all of them to Elio Martinelli, who designed the lamp in 1968. 23 creations in a limited edition of 30 signed and numbered copies, to which an invoice was added by a young designer, winner of a competition dedicated to young people up to 35 years of age, Elena Volpi.
"Thinking about communism" by Alessandro Mendini Table lamp with direct lighting, consisting of consists of two bodies molded from resin.
The lower body rotates on a steel base and is connected to the upper body by a central joint that allows 360° rotation.
Internal reflector made of white painted aluminum.
The lamp is also available in the standard colors white, black and red, glossy yellow, in the dark blue Scorpius model, as well as in various versions of the Cobra Texture design.
