Product description
Millimetro is a wall lamp designed by Daniel Rybakken. The Millimetro lamp family designed by Daniel Rybakken for Luceplan has been expanded. The ceiling version with a diameter of
85 cm has been joined by a smaller model, and the offer is complemented by a new wall version. Thanks to this, the lamp can create games of light and perspectives on the surrounding space that become even more engaging and refined. Halfway between a pendant lamp and a ceiling lamp, Millimetro consists of a very thin circular reflective disk (1 mm thick) and a warm, ambient light rising from the bottom to the top.
The new version of Salone del Mobile 2023 has a structure formed by a mounting cup connected to the shaft to support a metal disk with a lapped mirror surface (diameter 50 cm). A group of LEDs, hidden behind the disk, emit a diffuse, uniform glow. Depending on the installation requirements, you can choose one of four different lengths of the shaft connecting the lamp body with the mounting box (total height of the lamp 23, 33, 53 and 73 cm). The design is available in two finishes (brass and matte blue). Essential in its form and surprising with its light effect, the new Millimetro wall lamp consists of a metal disc with a lapped finish, installed tangentially to the wall. The LED light source, which emits warm, uniform light from the bottom up, is invisible, so the luminous mass appears to float in space, becoming part of the wall itself.
