Product description

The CORAL BENCH bench is made of 30/10 thick steel. All metal parts with a coral texture are joined together by continuous welding. All corners of the bench are rounded for user safety. In the lower part of the bench legs there is an ellipse-shaped board (thickness 30/10) with a hole with a diameter of 11 mm. for fastening to the surface with screws (not supplied), it is welded.
EN10111DD11 steel is used to manufacture this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
As an alternative to EN10111DD11 steel, production from corten is also available on request. In this case, the material is subjected to a special oxidation process.
