Product description
The exterior of the CORAL basket is made of 15/10 steel and features a laser-cut coral-like texture. The inner container is made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 10/10 and a diameter of 348 mm. and 640 mm H. In the upper part of the inner container there are 2 loops that serve as handles to facilitate its removal. The CORAL basket cover is made of 30/10 steel. It is attached to the basket structure using a strong hinge, created by assembling elements made of 30/10 thick steel using 2 M8 screws. The cover is closed using a spring lock with a triangular key. The optional ashtray is placed on the cover, where a special hole is made for welding behind it a 10/10 thick perforated steel sheet with 5 mm diameter holes for extinguishing a cigarette. There are also 2 holes with a diameter of 20 mm. for inserting cigarette butts. The 15/10 thick container is placed along rails welded near the pierced sheet metal. The container can be attached to the ground using special screws (not included), which should be inserted into holes with a diameter of 11 mm. placed at the bottom. It is possible to add a 30/10 steel base with a height of 50 mm, curved inwards by 33 mm to the outer perimeter of the basket, or a concrete base. To realize this product, EN10111DD11 steel is used, which is later subjected to sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating processes. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette. As an alternative to EN10111DD11 steel, production from corten is also available on request. In this case, the material is subjected to a special oxidation process. The galvanized steel used is EN10346DX51D+Z steel and, unless otherwise stated, it is not painted.
