Product description

The ALCORQUE RECTANGULAR tree grid is made of steel elements (50/10 thick) and elements of exotic multi-layer wood, 30 mm thick, in the shape of a prism with a trapezoidal base. Steel sheets, characterized by a special laser-cut texture called New York, are joined together by continuous welding and then polished. The base of the steel elements and exotic wood has 4 holes with a diameter of 11 mm, used for fastening to the ground using special screws (not included).
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
As an alternative to EN10111DD11 steel, production from corten is also available on request. In this case, the material is subjected to a special oxidation process.
Iroko or Okume wood is used, impregnated with natural, waterproof and UV-resistant oils.
