Product description

The ALCORQUE ROUND tree seat/grid is made of 40/10 thick steel, powder-coated with polyester (or corten, subjected to a special oxidation process). Steel sheets are joined together by continuous welding and then polished.
The structure consists of 2 halves matched to each other and fastened with 4 M8 screws inserted from the side. Under the seat there are strong supporting profiles with a thickness of 40/10.
In the base of each half there are 4 holes with a diameter of 12 mm, used for fastening to the ground using special screws (not included in the set).
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
As an alternative to EN10111DD11 steel, production from corten is also available on request. In this case, the material is subjected to a special oxidation process.
