Handmade coffee table. Hand-blown glass base in various colors. Metal upper frame in solid steel, painted black. Crystal glass top, lacquered black or marble top in various versions, polished and impregnated. The Bell table by Sebastian Herkner turns our perceptual habits upside down, using a light, delicate glass material as the base for a metal top that appears to float above it. The clear, tinted glass base, hand-blown in the traditional manner using a wooden mold, provides a sculptural presence in the space, contrasting intriguingly with the solid brass frame above, while creating a harmonious whole with it, reminiscent of the elegant curved silhouette of a bell.
With attractive reflective surfaces and contrasting materials, the side table adds a distinctive character to living spaces. It celebrates the beauty of materials through their colors and surfaces, as well as the quality of workmanship. The Bell table is a masterpiece of traditional craftsmanship. Each table is handmade and has characteristic features, such as irregularities in the thickness of the glass, small bubbles or unevenness in the glass.
