For La Manufacture, Neri&Hu designed a series of dining tables as part of the INTERSECTION collection inspired by monastic life. A life of contemplation and reflection on what is most important, a life spent communicating and sharing with an open heart. The use of simple wooden panels in the construction gives the tables a sculptural character. Simplicity expressed through clean and orderly lines, reminiscent of traditional and religious furniture. This design comes to life and is best expressed when used as a conference or dining table. This high-quality walnut table is available with a round or oval top and can be combined with the eponymous chair. Despite its simple and austere appearance, this collection designed and developed during the pandemic exudes a certain sense of calm and serenity. It is an invitation to focus on what is really important, on building sincere relationships.
