Chair: curved plywood shell. Swivel base on three legs, made of steel pipes. Beech / Ash / Walnut ~ 115-12/B5 with armrests 57 x 57 x 77.5 cm HIn Herrigbone, a collection designed by Garcia Cumini for Piaval, an elegant shell characterized by clean lines and an enveloping shape, can be combined with 10 different bases, offering numerous seating options that fit easily and freely in many contract spaces, from from the office to the waiting room or wine bar. The proposal includes legs in solid wood in the colors of beech, ash and walnut, as well as legs in chrome or black painted metal, with which a stackable version can be combined, a swivel chair on trestles and the base of the sled. The bar stool, available in two different heights, can also have a wooden or metal base. The multi-layered Herringbone shell consists of two distinct parts that perfectly mirror each other. The seat surface becomes a decorative element that attracts attention thanks to the graphic symbol that returns in the world of decorative art: Herringbone. Geometry emphasizing the symmetry of the shell, elegantly repeated in small details: emphasized by the fold and thin cutout in the back part of the backrest or recalled in the end profile of the cushion, in the version with an upholstered seat. The possibility of making this collection even more comfortable thanks to the cushion and armrests is further confirmation of the company's commitment to developing designs based on well-being and ergonomics.
