Product description

Designed for Alias by the Nendo studio and winner of the 2016 Red Dot Award, the design of the twig chair embodies a masterful combination of materials and production techniques, resulting in an iconic, highly contemporary product.
In its original version, the composed backrest of separate segments created a stunning visual effect, the new proposal is characterized by a large backrest and takes the name of twig comfort.
The current and refined new chair consists of an iron frame connected to four legs that are inclined at a pleasant, dynamic angle and are organically connected to the supports, made of plastic and available in various colors.
The seat of the comfortable twig chairs, made of plastic, is offered in two versions: lacquered in the same color as the base or padded and covered with fabric or leather.
Each version of Twig Comfort – each with its own identity but seamlessly integrated into the collection – is a cohesive and natural addition to the Alias catalogue, embodying an attractive combination of the sensibilities of the Japanese studio Nendo and the high-tech approach that is the hallmark of Alias products.
