Sofa with a backrest frame made of two-panel fir wood and an armrest and seat frame made of multi-layer poplar wood, padded with polyurethane foam covered with layers of acrylic fiber. A 3 mm thick steel sheet is mounted on the front part of the seat frame, painted and shaped according to a specific design, covered with layers of acrylic fiber. Seat frame, embedded in the base, made of 40x30 mm steel pipes, powder-coated with epoxy paint, sprung with flexible rubber strips; padding made of polyurethane foam covered with 100% polyether thermally bonded to a polyamide velvet bottom.
Seat cushions made of polyurethane foam of various densities and Visco-soft, covered with pre-washed and sterilized goose down, sewn into separate compartments and covered with needling, resin, polyester non-woven fabric, glued to a polyamide-velvet backing.
Backrest cushion made of washed and sterilized goose down, sewn into separate compartments, with a polyurethane foam insert.
Fabric upholstery, fully removable with zippers and Velcro fasteners. Attach the leather upholstery to the structure only.
Legs in Ø30mm steel tubing, connected by a bracket, with bronzed epoxy powder coating or feet in solid Stone Oak® veneered wood, screwed to a steel tubing bracket, rectangular section 25x15 mm, painted matte black epoxy powder; both versions with black PVC tips.
