Product description

Aiming to recreate HAY's iconic AAS stool from a more sustainable perspective, the About a Stool AAS 32 ECO stool uses recycled plastic (PP) to create the functional and minimalist seat and backrest that characterizes the entire series. With its curved form and long, elegant wooden legs, it enjoys a simple but strong appearance, making it an ideal bar table in public environments as well as for informal meetings and meals. The recycled seat is available in eco-black, the base is made of FSC-certified oak with water-based varnish and the footrest is made of steel. The stool carries the EU Ecolabel as a sign of its commitment to protecting the environment, like the other chairs in the ECO series - AAC 12 ECO and AAC 22. The AAS 32 Eco is available in two different heights.
Injection molded polypropylene with a solid color coating. Made of 100% post-consumer recycled PP.
Molded plywood base. Internal beech plywood, external oak or walnut veneer.
Footrest: black powder-coated steel or stainless steel.
Glider: plastic. Standard in all variants. Suitable for all floors that are not too sensitive.
