Product description

To match the chair, Simon Morasi Piperčić designed a table with diamond-shaped legs. They are arranged diagonally towards the corners of the table. When viewed from the corner, two of the legs are very thin and the other two are wide, which gives the table an interesting, dynamic look. The table top has a lenticular shape and a sharp knife, which makes it very elegant. Especially when the table is made in a lacquered finish with a Fenix top. As a company, Prostoria is focused on production from solid wood, which resulted in the creation of the Rhomb chair, my first project made of this noble material. Our intention was to design a chair with a distinctive identity combined with accentuated comfort. For this reason, our design incorporates a number of small but decisive changes in geometry and ergonomics that were meticulously researched throughout the design development. Rhomb is slightly wider than a regular chair, and its backrest organically flows into elongated armrests. This allows you to adopt different, more relaxed sitting positions, and feasting becomes a hedonistic act. The organic shape of the chair contrasts with the contemporary rhomboid geometry in the cross-section of the backrest and legs. The tactile and visual qualities of solid wood are emphasized thanks to the combination of cutting-edge technology and refined manual processing.
