Product description
Carabottino is a coffee table belonging to a family of objects that are united by the use of solid wood elements, milled and connected using simple joints. This table with its iconic image is characterized by a simple geometric grid. Transparency and solidity constitute the perfect synthesis of this object, which will give any environment a refined character.
Materials: Canaletto walnut, linden. The wooden trellis presented in a two-dimensional form, traditionally made of wooden slats, is considered an element of equipment of relative importance, somewhat like a window frame, it is not perceived as an object in itself, because no bars or grids become objects. Its graphic appearance, a consequence of the logic of construction, makes it recognizable and interrupted by vertical and horizontal intersections, the play of solids and voids, images overlapping and filtered by their texture makes them come alive like moving images.
