The iconic Scarpa 925 lounge chair is a strikingly elegant lounge chair. It is easily recognizable by its strong and solid wooden frame and the striking contrast it creates with the lightness of the leather-covered seat and backrest. The anatomical shape of the leather-covered seat combined with the natural flexibility of the cantilevered backrest create a lounge chair that is equally comfortable and strikingly elegant.
The 925 Scarpa lounge chair was designed together with the charming 121 Scarpa dining chair from 1965.
These two chairs are a perfect example of the work of Afra and Tobia Scarpa and feature the same double trestle construction with characteristic rounded joints. Both designs are now part of the Karakter collection.
