Product description

Taken from the Minotti Archive, the designs of Albert&Ile, a family of seats and coffee tables characterized by a vintage style, are considered a tribute to Alberto, the founder of the company who died in 1991, and Ileana, his wife, currently Honorary President of the company.
The family shares the same retro slim leg design, but the pieces differ in overall shape.
Albert keeps armrests inspired by the 1900s and classic lines reinterpreted by the aesthetics of the 1950s. A decorative front element runs along the entire length and highlights the armrest: made of solid wood, it is first covered and then attached to the main structure with nails.
Ile, however, is closer to the aesthetics of the 1960s. Inspired by classic armchairs and characterized by a hollow shape of the backrest, it rebuilds these elements in line with the versatility of the forms of the 1960s.
Velvet made of mohair wool, in vivid colors with shimmering reflections - from mink to cobalt, from blue ocean to titanium - this is the upholstery that best highlights both elements.
Albert&Ile were edited on the occasion of the company's 70th anniversary, testifying to the DNA of Minotti, which, thanks to its founder, continues to transmit the importance of manual skills and the know-how of refined tailoring.
