Product description

Cradle is a fabric armchair with armrests and an integrated magazine rack. The Cradle family is a seating system consisting of armchairs, sofas and a table; each of them has clearly been considered for exact collocation, both in use and style. Their characteristics are based on their structure: a classic triangular structure that is repeated several times around the models, so that it can be admired from every point of view. A leather strap rolled around a rigid frame, covered with fabric containing soft cushions, is fixed between black painted aluminum legs, thus creating a cradle that harmonizes with the contrasts of materials.
The studied proportions of the different elements of the Cradle family allow for a harmonious arrangement these models both in living spaces, using a deeper sofa to create a family atmosphere for comfort and relaxation, and in hospitality competitions, such as lounge areas, waiting rooms, executive offices and shops, thus creating an intimate and cozy environment.
The armchair and sofa draw both from a rich line of Italian furniture, known for its sculptural and bold shapes, and from a modernist sensibility that demands honest structural expression. Instead of covering the frame and trying to lift the models above the ground, the elegantly crafted supporting elements themselves become the main attraction of the model.
The frame is made of molded polyurethane foam and is placed on black painted aluminum legs, enriched with a leather strap.
The small table is made of the same black painted aluminum legs that support the marble top, available in the arflex collection finish.
