Product description

The Harbor series of armchairs and ottomans, successfully presented in 2017, has been enriched with a new, equally contemporary and sinuous sofa. An extension of the range as a sign of design continuity, the result of Fukasawa's research on seats in the shape of an inverted truncated cone. In particular, the sofa reflects the architectural, ergonomic shape of the conversation chair, enhancing its welcoming appearance by accommodating two people. Made of fabric or leather, it has a visible metal zipper on the back of the backrest, which serves as a decorative element and allows you to remove the cover.

fabric or leatherNaoto Fukasawa continues research on the upside-down bevelled seat shape cone, and in the case of this project it meets B&B Italia's need to use seats with armrests. The two forms have been ergonomically designed and developed to provide a relaxing armchair with a high backrest and headrest and a conversation chair with a low backrest. Both armchairs have a swivel base and a visible metal zipper at the back, which, similarly to the iconic Papilio series, allows you to remove the cover, available in fabric or leather. A third form has been added to these seats, a pouf, on which the tray element can be rested, so that it can also be used as a table.
