Product description

Victoria and Albert is a sofa made of stress-resistant polyurethane foam of various densities on fiberglass-reinforced resin and a steel frame. The legs are made of painted tubular steel tubes on adjustable chrome steel guides. All covers are removable except leather versions.
NOTES:
- due to the size of the sofa 290, halls, elevators, stairs and doors etc. must be measured before placing an order
- the sofa is delivered with unassembled legs. A continuous flow of curved lines, a form of image drawn without lifting the pencil from the paper. It was originally a "doughnut" that inspired the sculpture: crushed and reworked, using irony to move beyond the usual approach to industrial design. Then the element itself: the padding and custom-made upholstery on the internal fiberglass frame reveal the interaction between the technical and expressive advantages of the design. Its endless lines are delicate but strong, creating a perfect harmony between surface and form, body and skin. The fabric reaches into the surrounding space, enlarging and enhancing the materiality of the work, without disturbing or overwhelming its fluidity.
