The CESTONE sofa highlights the back, an often overlooked element. The sides and back are made of large strips of cowhide woven in a wide pattern on a metal structure. The aesthetic effect is a refined checkerboard that conveys a prestigious image, especially valuable when placed in the center of the room. From the same collection, the Cestone bed again showcases the elegant weave of cowhide on the headboard, introducing a panel with a thick material that contrasts with the simplicity of the bed frame. The sofa can be combined with Cestone tables with tops made of natural or stained ash wood, perfectly matching the warmth of cowhide. The tables are attached to the sofa structure and become an integral part of its design, adding dynamics to the configuration. The tables, freely placed next to the bed, become handy bedside tables.

The focus is on the back and sides of the sofa, elements that you usually can't count on to add value. Instead, the back and sides of the Cestone sofa consist of a metal structure upholstered with woven strips of cowhide. Two versions of the irregular fabric pattern are available, with stripes in two different widths. Strips of cowhide can be closely woven to create a compact surface; or loosely woven so that the underlying upholstery fabric is visible. The resulting "checkerboard" pattern is a strong visual accent in aesthetic contrast with soft, upholstered parts with ideal proportions.
The Cestone sofa can be combined with the eponymous coffee tables, with a top in Canaletto walnut or ash, in a wide range of stains that create a delightful textural contrast with the warmth of cowhide.
