Product description

One of Gio Ponti's most characteristic and representative works, designed in 1954 for the Planchart collectors' villa in Caracas (1953-57), is now available in an outdoor version. A thorough examination of materials and technical parameters guarantees not only respect for the valuable original design, but also the durability that characterizes all Molteni&C products.
D.154.2 is a reclining armchair with a wavy profile, characterized by a stiff yet cozy shell combined with a soft upholstered counter frame . The essence of the chair comes from the subtle play of curved lines and the harmonious contrast between stiff and soft elements, which makes it timeless.
