Product description

The award-winning Quadrado modular seating system, appreciated around the world for its compositional versatility, results from the desire to add character and personality to outdoor spaces. Flexible and dynamic furnishings, of undisputed quality and comfort, in harmonious dialogue with the surrounding environment.
Quadrado, originally designed for large living areas with 102x102 cm modules, includes in its range a new, more compact version with 87x87cm modules which can be combined with each other to adapt to more limited urban, residential and hospitality contexts. The system, consisting of square suspended platforms, modeled after the teak plank used in the yachting industry to facilitate water drainage, also includes comfortable padded cushions, supported by backrests and armrests in special woven wicker effect fabric, available in mud color or plain licorice color. The seating elements are interspersed with ottomans and wooden tables and are equipped with trays or candlesticks that can be freely positioned to create a surprising connecting effect.
Designed as a tribute to the Japanese metabolic architecture of the 1950s and 1960s. Quadrado establishes continuity between nature and culture, reinterpreting traditional elements of Brazilian architecture and its national landscape, combining them with Minotti's key principles of aesthetic sobriety and timeless elegance.
