Product description

• Outdoor direct light fixture, for surface and floor mounting, intended for use with LED light sources and asymmetric 180° and 360° optics.
• The complete product consists of an optical compartment and a cylindrical post, which must be ordered separately.
• The optical compartment consists of several elements: a top cover made of painted aluminum; light flux recovery in PUMA; Clear polycarbonate light-emitting lens, extruded inner bracket with radially protected LED circuit; Die-cast aluminum cone, painted black; lower box housing the power supply made of die-cast aluminum; silicone gaskets providing a water seal between the top cover, lens and cone.
• The optical compartment is installed on the lower cylindrical post using a bayonet connector and fastened with two special Torx screws.
• The post is available in round or square and is made of extruded aluminum. It contains three stainless steel rods attached to the base strip, which ensures high resistance to impacts and acts of vandalism.
• Available versions with an optical baffle with upward emission = 0%.
• The post is anchored to the ground by housing base made of a die-cast aluminum alloy with low copper content and high corrosion resistance.
• External aluminum parts are subjected to multi-stage pre-treatment, the main stages of which are: degreasing, fluoro-zirconation (surface protective layer) and sealing ( silane layer with nanostructure). The next painting stage includes a primer and liquid acrylic paint cured at 150°C, which ensures high resistance to weather conditions and UV rays.
• The lower part of the optical chamber is complete with a nickel-plated brass cable clamp and H07RN-F rubber cable outlet 4x1mm L=1700mm.
• DALI electronics power supply 220 ÷ 240, 50 / 60 Hz. The light flux is adjusted using a power supply, which is programmed using a dedicated interface (see catalogue) and a cable coming from the optical compartment. The power supply is powered in ON-OFF mode and can be converted to MIDNIGHT mode via the same interface. The DALI power supply is compatible with remote management systems. The active control system varies the current to maintain the life of the LEDs even under extreme thermal conditions.
• The electrical connection must be equipped with IP connectors, which must be ordered separately.
• All external screws used are stainless steel .
