Blom is a small table lamp by Andreas Engesvik, a Norwegian designer who has gained fame on the international scene for his ability to instill emotions, attractiveness and ideas in everyday objects. Taking up very little space, measuring just 24 cm high and 15 cm in diameter, Blom is a light, fun lamp that is easy to pick up and move, and is suitable for any purpose. Its name, an abbreviation of the word flower, which means flower in Norwegian, is inspired by the petal-shaped blades. The intensity can be adjusted thanks to the two petals that gently hug the diffuser and swivel on the base to protect against glare depending on your personal requirements: when the petals are aligned, the lamp emits maximum light. The compact fluorescent lamp guarantees good, effective lighting with low energy consumption. The metal base ensures the stability of the lamp, and the polycarbonate petals, once lit, maintain a temperature that allows touching without the risk of burns.
