Product description
The Frenesi lamp was created from the passion of the author - filmmaker Luca Guadagnino - for art deco, a style that he loves in all its varieties, especially due to its angularity, design, regular shapes of meeting and intersecting lines. Today, the FontanaArte collection continues to be a synthesis of Art Deco that illuminates homes around the world in Italian tones. The designer questioned the form he should strive for in order to create an object that respects the stylistic expression of the era from which it was taken, but in a contemporary language.
This is how Frenesi was born, named after the hero of the novel Vineland by American writer Thomas Pynchon, inspired by the idea of a wave, a sensual ripple, made of the purest and most sustainable material, such as glass, which emanates soft light in an angular structure.
Preview in the 65 cm high Frenesi wall version allows you to expand the range with different variants and sizes. Made in cooperation with glass experts 6:AM, who conducted excellent research on the use of glass and technically developed a lamp consisting of 19 mm thick glass panes mounted on a metal corner structure.
