Galerie's distinguishing feature is the diffuser, which is inspired both aesthetically and functionally by antique oil lamps from the Belle Époque era. Hand-blown from four layers of glass, the outer and inner layers are two different colors, white when turned off and amber when lit. It is also equipped with a leather strap that allows the fixture to be hung in various positions on the structure. In the floor version, the lamp is available for two uses: as a reading lamp with one diffuser to create the perfect reading atmosphere, and as a floor lamp with three diffusers placed at different heights to regulate the ambient lighting. A wall version is also available in the family. The unusual combination of materials in the lamp (glass, leather, metal and marble) makes the Galerie family exceptionally rich, and at the same time elegant and balanced. Galleries in a contemporary tone express the memory of bygone days.
