Product description

Axi is a collection of rolled glass in which technology and tradition, experiments and centuries-old know-how in the field of glass processing coexist. Axi is a chandelier with a "retro-futuristic" design, consisting of a tubular structure made of white borosilicate glass containing an LED light source, interwoven with metal elements from which arms emerge, to which colored art glass elements are attached, gravitating around the central organ. These elements have a curved, textured surface that filters light with a play of transparency and refraction. Axi decorative panels are made by combining two layers of glass, fused in a static furnace and then thermoformed.
The lampshades are designed by combining two layers of different colors to obtain original shades, different from the standard palette. Designed by the designer as a "sculpture in space and a functional object", Axi perfectly reproduces rotational movement, which in turn moves around its own axis. Offered in horizontal or vertical versions, Axi is available with elements in three color combinations (salmon pink/clear/cherry, sky blue/grey/sky blue, transparent/cherry/gray) and can be replicated in a variety of compositions with a higher number of modules to illuminating and decorating large spaces.
