Bianca is a family of lighting fixtures whose decoration on the surface of the lampshade consists of an ordered series of shallow, delicate grooves carved in white glass, giving an effect reminiscent of tiny footprints on fresh snow. Mouth-blown, belt-sanded and acid-dipped to achieve the distinctive "silk effect" typical of fine glass, Bianca diffusers are available in three different diameters to complement all thirteen fixture types in the family. The largest diffuser has a diameter of 50 cm and due to its dimensions and the amount of glass used, it is still quite a challenge even for the most talented glass bottoms trained in the solid blowing technique, which - according to traditional Venetian production - takes place without any external aids. to rotate and shape the glass bulb inside the mold, but relies solely on the skill and lung capacity of the glass bottom. Bianca is available in the following versions: tabletop without a leg, floor version with a base and a leg, hanging, wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted. The matte white coating applied to the various metal supports echoes the name and color of the diffuser. Bianca produces a very warm, diffused and ambient light emission in the surrounding environment.
