Product description

Coassiale provides direct and indirect light, thanks to LED light sources housed inside two colored aluminum cylindrical brackets that sit at the end of dual power cables. One is used to connect to the ceiling, the other serves as a counterweight. The light is reflected on a rotating white opal methacrylate disc, which moves along two cables, creating different lighting effects. Cylindrical bottom bracket with cable and electronic plug-in controller.
Two cables support a white opal methacrylate spacer, swivelable and height-adjustable. Two spotlights at the ends of the cables reflect from the disk onto the surrounding environment, generating soft plays of light that you can change as you wish.
“We wanted to design an object that could talk about tension and gravity. We designed a changing table lamp, able to modify light effect and its abstract geometry. Two reflectors one in front of the other, one fixed, the other hanging, connected only by two cables. In the center, a hanging disc of light in the air moves and disperses the light, creating concentric shadows on the floor and ceiling.”
