No well-equipped park or city square should have a stainless steel fountain. The classic series (HD400) offers a nozzle placed in the center of a small bowl that collects excess water. The spray from the more radically designed HD300 is installed atop a distinctive cone from which excess water flows into a drainage square around the fountain.
