Product description
KOMETE SOLAR SHELTER.
Constructed in accordance with the applicable regulations EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011, in force from July 1, 2014, as an element of metal joinery for structural applications. This is the explanatory note issued by the Supreme Council of Public Works.
A structure consisting of vertical posts and upper crossbars in a square tubular section, side-shaped panels with stylized carvings and base plates equipped with holes for ground fixing. Side walls consisting of transparent layered glass silhouettes supported by special stainless steel clamps. Background wall made of galvanized steel profiles, divided into three modules, each composed of a transparent silhouette of laminated glass, provided by special stainless steel clamps. Central panel made of galvanized sheet metal characterized by stylized sculptures made by laser cutting. A seat spanning the entire width of the shelter, made of profiled Okumè forest boards and equipped with shaped intermediate supports made of galvanized steel profiles. Cover consisting of a frame of rectangular profiles in galvanized steel and a polycarbonate top buffer, smoke colored, unbreakable type, UV protected and particularly suitable for use in outdoor environments. At the front of the roof, half-folded, there is a band intended to accommodate a PVC sticker, which can be ordered as an option and which is printed on high-strength material. At the back, it has a shaping that constitutes an eaves for draining meteoric waters. So, as for the rear wall, the roof in the center of the panel is also characterized by stylized laser-cut sculptures that create a suggestive effect as the sun's rays pass through the polycarbonate cover.
The kometete solar protection uses a photovoltaic panel on the top of the roof to generate electricity stored in a battery located inside the seat. The seat acts as a metal container that can be viewed and holds all the electronics necessary to make this shelter a standalone product. The energy stored in the battery is reused during the day to power the Qi wireless charging device with a USB port and from sunset to dawn to illuminate the LED panel placed in the center of the shelter.
