The supporting structure of the LORD basket is made of 30/10 thick steel sheet, to which two 30/10 thick brackets are welded. In the lower part on the left side, two 6x20 mm pins are welded: one serves as a hinge, the other serves to attach the rear part of the basket. There is only one pin welded to the right plate to attach the rear part of the basket. The cover is the result of calendered, oval sheet metal with a thickness of 30/10. It is supported on 2 elements made of 30/10 thick steel, bent into the shape of 2 supports with a cross-section of 30x80mm. The cover is attached to the supporting structure of the basket using 4 M8 screws, which should be inserted into special threaded inserts. The doors and back are made of 12/10 thick steel sheet and are reinforced from the inside with 30/10 thick profiles. The door is equipped with a triangular key lock. Inside the basket there is a bag holder, which is partially removable, made of 20/10 steel sheet. The sides of the basket are calendered with a thickness of 12/10. In the upper part of the right side, a plate equipped with a perforated sheet (holes with a diameter of 5 mm) is welded. It also has a central hole with a diameter of 20 mm. for storing ashes and cigarette butts. Inside the basket, on the supporting structure, in place of the opening on the right side, there is a cylindrical container made of 8/10 thick galvanized steel for cigarette butts. The LORD container is equipped with a concrete base.
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any RAL color.
The galvanized steel used is EN10346DX51D+Z steel and, unless otherwise specified, is not painted.
