The structure of the bench consists of 2 strong steel legs. The legs, characterized by Déco-style carvings, feature 2 exotic wood strips shaping the seat (cross-section: 40x180 mm) and 1 strip (cross-section: 40x240 mm) shaping the backrest. Each leg is made of steel (thickness 60/10), on which profiles 60/10 and 30/10 thick are mounted.
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
As an alternative to EN10111DD11 steel, production from corten is also available on request. In this case, the material is subjected to a special oxidation process.
Iroko or Okume wood is used, impregnated with natural, waterproof and UV-resistant oils.
