Product description
The frame of the YPSILON bench is made of steel (thickness 30/10). All metal parts, characterized by a coral texture, are connected together using a 3 mm thick plate and M8 screws. The upper part of the bench is made of exotic wood and is attached to the frame with M5 countersunk screws, which are attached to L-shaped plates attached to the wood with special screws.
The bench can be attached to the ground using special screws (not supplied) to be placed in the holes (diameter 10 mm).
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
As an alternative to EN10111DD11 steel, production from corten is also available on request. In this case, the material is subjected to a special oxidation process.
Iroko or Okume wood is used, impregnated with natural, waterproof and UV-resistant oils.
