The LIBERTY basket is made of 24 steel strips with a cross-section of 50x3mm and calendered in the central part with a radius of 1450 mm and bent at the ends. They are welded on 2 strong rings made of laser-cut 100/10 steel sheet. Tape welding involves ends calendered inward. A supporting strip with a cross-section of 30x3 mm is welded at a height of 385 mm. A base made of 30/10 steel sheet is welded to the base of the basket. It has a central hole with a diameter of 300 mm. and 4 M10 loops for attaching to the ground using special screws (not included in the set). Inside the basket there is a container made of 10/10 thick galvanized steel. The inner container has 2 oval holes in the upper part serving as handles and 2 holes with a diameter of 10 mm. to install an elastic band.
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally polyester powder coated in any color from the RAL palette.
The galvanized steel used is EN10346DX51D+Z steel and, unless otherwise stated, is not painted.
